The findings indicate that inefficiencies in registry departments not only hinder institutional performance but also adversely affect student satisfaction and administrative accountability. By adopting a multi-faceted approach that includes technological enhancements, process reengineering and staff training, the study proposes actionable strategies to mitigate identified challenges however leverage opportunities for improvement. Because this research addresses critical issues, it underscores the importance of effective management in educational institutions. Although the complexities of implementation may pose difficulties, the potential benefits are substantial. Ultimately, this research contributes to the discourse on administrative efficiency in higher education; it provides valuable insights for policymakers and institutional leaders.
