Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) has gained prominence as organizations strive to align their human resource policies with sustainability objectives. This study examines emerging trends in Green HRM, emphasizing its role in fostering environmental responsibility through practices such as eco-friendly recruitment, green training programs, and sustainable performance management. Employing a qualitative research methodology, including case study analysis and thematic evaluation of secondary data, the research investigates how Green HRM enhances corporate sustainability and employee engagement. Findings indicate that organizations adopting Green HRM practices experience significant benefits, including reduced operational costs, enhanced regulatory compliance, and improved stakeholder trust. However, challenges such as financial constraints, weak policy enforcement, and resistance to change hinder widespread adoption, particularly in developing economies. Case studies of firms in banking, manufacturing, and telecommunications reveal that integrating sustainability into HR policies fosters long-term business resilience and competitive advantage. The study concludes that businesses must incorporate Green HRM into their core strategies, supported by strong policies, employee incentives, and technological advancements. Addressing these challenges will enable organizations to optimize sustainability efforts while improving overall productivity and corporate reputation.
